1. Services (Hair & Beauty Appointments)

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a correction service.


2. Product Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not a sale or promotional item

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used haircare and beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., combs, brushes, clippers once opened)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please report damaged products within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us with photo evidence.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
